I have been using this garage for the last fifteen years and they offer an absolutely fabulous service from a great team of guys. Top level service! The manufacturers and franchised garages should take lessons from this one! I regularly travel over 250 miles from the South of England (where I currently live and work) to use this place, it is that good. Also, several colleagues who I have referred to this garage now use it. 10/12/09

Because of the positive reviews on here and because they were close, I thought I'd try them. I was getting quite a bit of work done (cam belt change and a major service) and it was the first time I was using them, so I was a little cautious, but was pleasantly surprised as they were very good. Spoke to Darren on the phone, who explained cost and extras. Spoke to Craig in person who went through the service check list with me when I collected the car. Both of them were very helpful. The price did increase from the initial quote, but extra work was required, so it was expected and it was discussed before the work started. The paperwork detailed everything that was checked on the service and the receipt was also very comprehensive - something that I like, because it means I can discuss it with other more mechanically minded mates. Overall it seemed like a fair price and I am really happy with the work, the car is running great. First impressions for me were very good. I will use them again. 27/03/09
